What's Included

● Paradise Under the Star’s menu transports diners to the vibrant streets of 1950s Havana, where European finesse, American brash, and classic Cuban soul collide on the streets of mid-century Havana

● Each dish has been meticulously researched by TLE Executive Chef, Ashley Clarke (former Head Chef at Temper Restaurants, Smokestak, Gordon Ramsay at The Savoy), and is taken from the fine banqueting menus of legendary venues like Sans Souci, Monsignor, and the Tropicana itself. The historical recipes have been enhanced through modern techniques, and brought to life using products direct from some of the UK's leading producers and farmers.

● The three-course menu features classic Cuban dishes such as El Cubano (Traditional Cuban Club Sandwich), Hoja de Plátano (Bream in Banana Leaf), and Lechon Asado (Mojo Marinated Loin of Pork). Our menu changes seasonally to reflect the best products available. For the most up-to-date menu, please visit the menu page.
